If you are over 75 years old or have a friend or relative that is, and you believe that our service could help them improve their life and regain some of their independence, then please use fill in our referral form. You can do this by completing the form on-line or by downloading and posting to us.

The team Leader will visit the client in their own home at a time to suit them to have a chat and explain the services that are available in detail.

We will also ask some question about your health and well being and this information will be stored securely on our data base.

You are protected by the Data Protection Act and this information will not be passed to anyone else or any other organisation.
