We are approached by around 40 volunteers a month with a broad range of skills looking to help the community in Maidstone

• Volunteer roles to be clearly defined

• Volunteer selection procedures to be open and inclusive

• Appropriate support and training provided

• Reimbursement of out of pocket expenses for volunteers
