Two exercise classes are held every                            Wednesday betwen 1.15 pm and 2.15 pm and 2.30 pm

and 3.30pm held at Maidstone Community Support Centre. There is a small nominal charge of £1.50 per class, plus £3.00 when transport is needed.  Refreshments afterwards.

If you are feeling a little frail  and lack confidence in walking too far for fear of falling over, then come and join us.

The exercises are designed to improve your stability and taught by Sue our own fully qualified trainer

Our volunteers will be phoning you to encourage you to carry on exercising at home.  We also have available at the classes exercise books detailed with pictures to help you and are sold for only £2.00.
