The V Team relies on donations and fundraising in order to help elderly, disabled and vulnerable people of Maidstone with practical tasks, DIY and gardening		The idea of collecting cans came from the volunteers themselves. In addition to the DIY and gardening work they do as volunteers, the team help support the project by coming in for an extra 'shift' to sort, crush and bag the cans
